Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders within Canada over $150 CAD. If your order is over $150 CAD (before taxes), shipping costs will automatically be deducted.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process. Some styles are made to order. Please allow 2-4 days before we ship out your order. Some styles are made to order. On Custom orders please allow 7-14 business days for your item(s) to be made, processed, and shipped.

ARMED Ships from Toronto, ON. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days upon purchase date (unless otherwise stated). ARMED does not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders will be shipped via Canada Post Standard Ground shipping unless notified otherwise. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking info. Allow 1 day for tracking info to update. ARMED is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. Though, all orders shipped within Canada have insurance. If an issue does arise please contact for information on how to file a claim with Canada Post.

All orders are available to be picked up in store at our Parkdale Flagship in Toronto, ON for free of charge. Select the “Pick up In Store” option at check out - and allow 1-2 business for processing. you will receive an email when your item(s) are ready for pick up at 1380 Queen St West. Please have your order number upon pick up. ARMED will hold pieces for 2 months only (from the confirmation email). If you do not come within the allotted time to pick up your repair, the piece becomes the property of ARMED LTD.

International orders are orders shipped to countries other than the Canada. International orders will be shipped via Canada Post Ground unless notified otherwise. Shipping to the United States is set at a standard $17 (CAD) without tracking information, or you can choose the Expedited Shipping option for $20 (CAD) which includes tracking information. Shipping to countries in Europe is set at a standard $20 (CAD) for Expedited Shipping **does it come with tracking?. Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Canada may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country ["Import Fees"]. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse a shipment from ARMED, you are responsible for the original purchase and shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to ARMED.

We do not provide shipping labels for international exchanges. International customers interested in a return for an exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email

ARMED accepts unworn and undamaged merchandise, for an exchange only within 2 weeks (14 days) from delivery date. We do NOT accept returns under any circumstances, nor will we exchange any goods that have been worn, damaged or used. When returning an item, we do not provide the return label, and, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once the exchange item is received to the ARMED Studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking. ARMED does not cover the cost of exchange shipping.
Exchanges are also possible to be done in store. To avoid shipping costs, you can come by our Parkdale Flagship in Toronto, ON to exchange your item for something new or a store credit. Please contact if you choose to do so.

1. Email with subject "Returning Item" with item name and ARMED order #.
2. Please note the nature of the desired return or exchange in the e-mail.
3. Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
4. Once the product(s) is/are received to the ARMED Studio, the exchange will be fulfilled or a credit note will be put on file for the specified amount. Please allow 1-2 business days for this to be fulfilled.
