WHY INVEST IN GOLD?

Historically gold has always been a commodity sought after by the human race, not only just for its beauty but because of its resistance to decay. ;Forever is a long time, and gold truly will last a life-time and beyond. When you buy gold you are buying a piece that will live long after you that can be passed on to the ones you love. 

 When you imagine gold as an investment, it's easy to overlook the most basic level of return which is cost per wear. As a piece that you can keep on your person from the time of purchase till the day you pass it on, it becomes a highly affordable and thoughtful purchase.

WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE MOISSANITE/LAB OVER DIAMONDS OR OTHER STONES?

When it comes to choosing the perfect stone, the choice is ultimately yours — it's all about personal preference! But if you're looking for a diamond alternative that's a fraction of the cost and just as durable and even sparklier, a moissanite stone is the perfect pick! 

Moissanite/Lab is a lab-made gemstone that can be cut into any shape you desire, and to the untrained eye, looks near identical to a diamond.

DOES MY RING COME WITH A WARRANTY?

Yes, every ring by ARMEDfine comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Before your ring lands in your hands, we inspect it to ensure that it's absolutely perfect. However, in the event of a manufacturer defect, contact us and we'll make things right.

Please note that the warranty doesn't cover regular wear-and-tear, loss of a gemstone as a result of damage to the product, or lost or stolen goods. Repairing ARMEDFine with an outside jeweler will void the warranty 

THE DISCOLOURATION OF PRECIOUS METALS CAUSED BY CHEMICALS, MAKE-UP, PERSPIRATION, POOLS AND HOT TUBS, OR BATHING. WHITE GOLD RINGS ARE PLATED AND TO ENSURE THAT THE PLATING WILL LAST, IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU TAKE YOUR RINGS OFF WHEN SHOWERING, SWIMMING, GOING TO THE GYM, CLEANING/USING CHEMICAL PRODUCTS AND EVEN SLEEPING. ANY EXTRA RUBBING/SWEATING OF YOUR SKIN AGAINST THE METAL CAN CAUSE THE PLATING TO WEAR OFF FASTER.

PRONGS THAT, DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, CATCH, WEAR OUT, OR BEND OUT OF PLACE.

LOSS OF GEMSTONES AS A RESULT OF PRONGS BEING PULLED, TORN, CAUGHT, WORN OUT, OR BENT OUT OF PLACE. 

HOW DO I KEEP MY JEWELRY BEAUTIFUL AND IN LIKE-NEW CONDITION?

Every ARMEDfine purchase comes with a cleaning cloth and box or pouch to keep your jewelry protected. 

You can use a special jewelry cleaner or warm water and dish soap to clean your moissanite stone at home.

HOW LONG WILL MY RING TAKE ONCE I PLACE MY ORDER?

The entire engagement ring process can typically take between 6 to 8 weeks depending on if your stone is in stock. Sometimes our stones need to be custom made and this can add an up to an extra 10 days to the process. Your estimated processing time will be confirmed during the design process. 

For resizing and made to order fine pieces in store or online, it will take 7-10 business days for us to make it for you.

WHAT IF MY RING DOESN'T FIT?

We highly suggest using our printable ring size charts before you make your online order, or book an appointment to visit us in studio so that we can carefully measure your finger if you're unsure of the size. 

In the event that the ring doesn't fit once you receive it, we can usually resize it up or down 1 to 2 sizes for $50. Anything more than that may incur costs beyond $50. 

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Once your ring has been produced, all sales are final. We encourage you to take your time during the process and offer steps in between the initial consultation and production stage to implement any changes you may need. Our mission is to ensure you walk away with a piece you’ll love forever.   

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

Yes, we do! We offer a 6-week payment plan through afterpay. Once you’ve decided on your ring design, we’ll take a 30% down payment. From there, you can split your payment up into 4 interest-free payments.  

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

DO YOUR PIECES COME WITH AN APPRAISAL?

We are able to provide you an appraisal of your piece for an extra cost of $100. Just let us know if this is something you'd like to include in your order.
