We charge a nonrefundable fee of 20% of the total cost of merchandise for your pull. For all Rove pieces, there will be a dry cleaning fee issued on top of that. We require a $100 deposit for all pulls as well, which will be refunded once your items are returned to us at the agreed upon date. After the date has passed, we are unable to refund the deposit.

 Due to the one of one nature of our clothing pieces, and the high demand for our jewelry and sunglasses, it is imperative that we know where our inventory is and when we can expect to have it back. There will be a form for you to sign when you come to pick up your pull outlining all of this, so that everything is clear and easy!
