Shipping & Exchange
- All purchases made after Cyber Monday will include a gift box with purchase. Gift Wrapping will end on December 23rd unless otherwise specified.
- We ship worldwide via Canada Post and orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are packed and shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday + Sunday will be packed Monday
- ORDERS PLACED DURING A PANDEMIC WILL LIKELY HAVE DELAYS.
- Once an order has been mailed, it is no longer the property of ARMED LTD. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the packages has been delivered to your address. If you had previous incidences with lost or stolen packages we highly encourage you to have it shipped to a safer location or choose the pickup option to ensure you receive it safe and sound. Returns & Exchanges
- Unworn items are eligible for an EXCHANGE ONLY within 14 DAYS of purchase with a valid receipt. We do NOT accept returns under any circumstances, nor will we exchange any goods that have been worn, damaged or used.
- Any items bought on SALE are FINAL SALE (NO EXCHANGES).
- Items purchased online are eligible for exchange, as long as it is shipped back at the customers expense within 14days of receiving the order.
- ARMED will not repair any outside jewelry.
- Jewelry repairs within 3 weeks of purchase with accompanying receipt will be completed free of charge. After 3 weeks a service repair charge will apply. Repairs start at $25.00 and go up based on materials and time needed to sufficiently fix the piece.
- Once all repairs are completed, you will be contacted for payment and pick up. ARMED will hold pieces for 2 months only (from the drop off date). If you do not come within the allotted time to pick up your repair, the piece becomes the property of ARMED LTD.
- Repairs and adjustments will be done ONLY in store at 903 Dundas St West
