Appointment & Cancellation Policy

• Please arrive on time. If you're late or miss your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.
• If booking for two people, one time slot is sufficient. For groups of three or four, book two back-to-back slots.
• Your reservation fee applies to your final piece and cannot be used for other in-store purchases.
• No refunds. We can reschedule your appointment with 72 hours’ notice—otherwise, your deposit is forfeited.
